T-20: Australia or India, know whose side is heavy, one eye on old records

New Delhi: In view of the current form of the Indian cricket team and T20 matches against Australia, India will be considered as the winner of the first T20 in Ranchi. The first T20 match between India and Australia will be played at Ranchi’s JSCA International Cricket Stadium and this will be the only second time when the stadium will host a T20 match.

The happy thing for the fans is that when the first T20 match was played on this ground last year, India won with a big difference to Sri Lanka. India first scored 196 runs, in reply, Sri Lanka’s team could only manage 127 runs, losing 9 wickets. Ravichandran Ashwin and Ashish Nehra shone in that match, and both of them had taken 5 wickets, while Shikhar Dhawan had hit half-century for the batsmen. Both Nehra and Dhawan are part of the current team.

If talk of the T-20 matches played between India and Australia, then India’s advantage is huge and just as Australia’s team is playing, they have little hope of winning. There have been 13 matches between the two teams in which India has won 9 and lost 4. Of these, India has played on domestic pitches.

Dhoni’s home ground:

The field of Ranchi is very special for a player and its none other than Mahendra Singh Dhoni, born in this city. However, when there was a match against Sri Lanka in 2016, Dhoni did not get the chance to bat, but this time the viewers going to watch a match in Ranchi would be hoping that Dhoni get the chance to bat, especially his helicopter shot.
